Business Policies

Cancellations:

Please kindly note: Due to the very tight scheduling associated with my practice, missed or cancelled appointments may be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. Thank you for your compliance with this policy.

Payment:

Payment must be made on the day of your appointment.  Your payment via credit card or PayPal will be processed prior to an initial consultation, and at the conclusion of your appointment for follow-ups.  I do not accept personal checks.

Appointment Schedule:

In fairness to other clients, it is important that appointments end on time. If you arrive late to your appointment, unresolved issues or questions will be discussed during your next appointment.

Email Communication:

Please email me with any important questions or concerns that come up in between appointments.   I make every effort to respond to emails within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them.   I am happy to respond to emails relating to topics discussed during your appointment.  If new information arises relating to your health, or you have questions that require research on my part or in-depth answers, I may ask that you set up a follow-up appointment or a Q & A session to cover these issues.
